The full Driver CPC syllabus is available from the JAUPT website.
The syllabus contains 3 main groups of subjects
- Safe & fuel efficient driving - driving in a way that helps reduce the wear and tear on a vehicle and also reduce fuel consumption.
- Regulations - e.g. training in Working Time Directive / Tachograph rules
- Health & Safety, Service & Logistics - e.g. first aid and issues such as passenger safety, customer service, dealing with emergency situations and personal well being
Transport Training Services is offering a range of training courses to drivers and employers that will not only meet the requirements under Periodic Training but will also be of benefit to companies in reducing costs, staying compliant with legislation and improving safety.
Courses include :
- Drivers Hours and Tachographs - PCV & LGV
- Fuel Efficient Driving - PCV & LGV
- Load Security - LGV only
- Passenger Safety and Welfare - PCV only
- Driver Health and Safety - PCV & LGV
- Transport of Dangerous Goods - LGV only
All courses have a minimum length of 7 hours.
Driver CPC courses can be designed for your individual company needs.
